This painting is a beautiful reflection of the life I am choosing. A life immersed in nature, surrounded by mountains, wildflowers and butterflies. A life where I can observe the seasons and be a part of the cycles. A life of connection with the earth.

This piece is part of an ongoing body of work which is aimed to incorporate more natural elements. Clay from the land where I live and where this piece was painted is used as a underpainting and to bring the connection of earth to each piece created.
