British artist Tamar Atik left England in her early twenties in search of freedom, adventure and the unknown. She found it, and she spent the next 16 years traveling, working and living mostly between Guatemala, Mexico and the United States.
Around nine years ago she re-discovered her love for painting and it led her down a new path of art, purpose and living a fully creative life. Now based in a small village in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is from here she paints her paintings, as well as expanding her Silver jewelry line and traveling for murals and events.
She is inspired by life, by nature, travel, psychedelia, balance, growth, connection, transformation and energy.

FAQ
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. You can enter your address at checkout to see the cost.
Do you ship with tracking number?
Yes, all orders will have their own tracking number which will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.
How long does shipping take?
I aim to process all orders within a week of them being placed. Depending on your location makes some orders take longer, but generally shipments should arrive within 2 weeks of being shipped. (Within 3 weeks of being ordered)
There are however circumstances beyond my control such as delays at customs, strikes etc which may delay your order.
How will my original painting arrive?
I ship all larger original paintings rolled. That is to say I take the canvas off the stretcher bars and roll the canvas with multiple layers of protective paper. This is then put into a shipping tube along with a certificate of authenticity and shipped like this. I do this for two reasons, first because it is actually safer and less likely the painting will be damaged during shipping this way, and second, it makes your shipping cost way cheaper.
Once you have your painting you can take it to any framers and they can either re-stretch it for you or have it framed how you like.

Do you offer prints?
I do offer prints.
Right now I am offering open edition prints that I have in stock.. In the future with certain paintings I plan to start using a new printing company which is local to Oaxaca where I live and offer larger, closed edition fine art prints.
How do commissions work?
If you are interested in a commission painting please contact me via email to discuss your idea. I only paint commissions that I feel are aligned to my vision and style. If I feel your idea is, I will send you a list of my prices which vary depending on the size. I ask for a 50% deposit before starting and the rest on completion with the shipping fee.
How can I start a mural project with you?
If you are interested in a mural please contact me via email stating your idea, location and size of the wall. I will respond promptly with prices and available timelines. If you are still interested I will provide a free video call consultation to discuss details. I charge a non refundable flat rate for the design which is taken off the total sum. 50% of the agreed fee is paid before starting and the rest on completion. A contract is drawn and signed by both parties
What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns on original paintings. Only if the painting arrives damaged. I would need proof from a photograph on opening the tube. And for you to contact me straight away. In this situation I would need to speak to the carrier and for you to ship the damaged painting back to me. I would issue a refund in this rare situation.
For Silver jewelry and prints if you wish to return an item you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. The cost of shipping the item back is your responsibility and once I receive it I will issue your refund.
